We will ship worldwide and aim to ship your your order as soon as possible

At Emerald Healing we'll ship your order as soon as possible, in most cases within 24 hrs of payment.  We'll always e-mail you to let you know it's on the way.

We believe in a transparent packaging and delivery charge so we tell you exactly how these are broken down, before you order.

Our delivery charges are automatically calculated on the estimated weight of your total items dependant on destination and approximate weight. The charges are calculated using the latest charge scales direct from the Royal Mail as of 7th April 2008. 

We send all items for UK by recorded delivery (included in packaging fee), so you'll need to sign for them on arrival.

If your total order is over 6 Kg for UK this will be split this into separate consignments (additional shipping fee's will apply), for Europe / USA / Canada packages will be separated at 2 KG (additional shipping fee's will apply) to allow shipping by airmail (3-10 days USA & Canada / Other destinations dependant on local postal services).

Please note all shipments outside of the UK are exempt from conditions of return under distance selling regulations.
